Conference Location & Hotel Accommodations
Before you finalize your travel plans, we want to share something important. We've secured a room block at the Boston Marriott Copley Place at a negotiated rate of $362/night. Booking within this block isn't just convenient — it's a direct way to support the Consortium.
As a nonprofit, we carry a financial commitment to fill a certain number of room nights. Rooms booked outside the block do not count toward that commitment and result in fees that come directly out of our operating budget, reducing what we can invest in education, research support, and the PERT community.
We genuinely appreciate you booking a room within our room block. Every room booked within the block makes a difference.
