We have selected the Pilot Sites to launch our Centers of Excellence Accreditation and now need a CoE Application Review Board.
Under the leadership of Dr. Pugliese and Dr. Elder, we are seeking six reviewers and up to five alternates.
Requirements Overview:
- Must be a paid PERT Member.
- Experience in having a leadership role or reviewing the following:
- QA, Clinical Pathways, Review Boards, Programmatic Leadership, QI Projects, M&M Boards, a PERT Team, or other qualifying experience.
- Each applicant must apply with a letter of intent and submit a CV.
- Each applicant will be asked to sign a disclosure agreement and an NDA.
- Each CoE site application will be assigned two reviewers.
- Reviewers for a given site will be expected to commit to the entire evaluation process for that site unless there are extenuating circumstances.
- Upon completing the formal review and presentation to the COE Board, each reviewer will receive a stipend, acknowledging his or her time and expertise.
