Application Requirements:

• Submission of a letter of intent and a current CV
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  
  • Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Review Boards
  • Clinical Pathways
  • Quality Improvement (QI)
  • Morbidity & Mortality (M&M) Conferences
  • PERT Team participation
  • Or other equivalent experience

Expectations for Selected Reviewers:

• Sign a Participant Agreement, which includes a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• Attend a Reviewer Training session.
• Join regularly scheduled Review Committee meetings and actively participate in reviews.
