Accommodations Policies for Organizations and Exhibitors
The PERT Consortium® reserves hotel accommodations at the conference venue for use by attendees, speakers and exhibitor personnel. If any conference participant or participating organization reserves more rooms than they ultimately require/utilize, cancellation of the unneeded rooms results in a detriment to the conference and increased financial liability for The PERT Consortium®. Accordingly, the following policies have been established to protect the integrity of the conference and The PERT Consortium®. For information on booking greater than (4) hotel reservations for your company or organization, please contact Brian Snyder (bsnyder@btscme.com).
• Any need/request/booking of greater than (4) hotel room reservations requires explicit permission from The PERT Consortium conference management office (bsnyder@btscme.com).
• To preserve conference quality, and prevent cancellation liabilities, for any organization or exhibitor requiring greater than (4) hotel room reservations, an additional contractual commitment will be required. This commitment must be executed by July 15, 2025, and will entail payment in-full for the rooms requested at the time of reservation. Cancellation with a refund will not be possible for reservations made via this process.
