1. Attend the full program, beginning with the PERT Physicians-in-Training Bootcamp on Wednesday, September 30, through the conclusion of Annual Symposium sessions on Saturday, October 3. 2. Participate fully in trainee programming and activities throughout the meeting, including the Bootcamp, poster sessions, special events, and other designated trainee activities. 3. Remain actively engaged throughout the meeting, including participation in educational sessions and meeting activities. 4. Submit appropriate travel receipts and proof of attendance following the meeting. Stipends will be provided as a reimbursement after the meeting once participation requirements have been met and receipts have been submitted. Because the stipend is intended to support participation in the complete program, trainees who miss required sessions or depart before the conclusion of the Annual Symposium on Saturday, October 3rd, will no longer be eligible for travel reimbursement. No partial stipends will be provided. Completion of the application does not guarantee a stipend. Because the number of stipends is limited, they will be awarded in the order that eligible applications are received and approved.
