Apply to be a Center of Excellence reviewer
Interested in becoming a PERT Center of Excellence reviewer?
As a reviewer, you’ll engage with leading clinicians, contribute to meaningful discussions, and gain insight into best practices for PE management across institutions. It’s a unique opportunity to both learn from peers and help raise the standard of care for patients with PE everywhere. We welcome your interest. A stipend will be given for your commitment.
Application Requirements
- A letter of intent and a current CV
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Review Boards
- Clinical Pathways
- Quality Improvement (QI)
- Morbidity & Mortality (M&M) Conferences
- PERT Team participation
- Or other equivalent experience
Expectations for Selected Reviewers
- Sign a participant agreement, which includes a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
- Attend a reviewer training session
- Join regularly scheduled review committee meetings and actively participate in reviews
