Executive Assistant

Position Overview:The PERT Consortium™ is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on advancing care for pulmonary embolism. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and provide essential administrative and coordination support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • + Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and staff
  • + Manage complex scheduling, including meetings, calls, and events across multiple stakeholders
  • + Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • + Maintain organized records, files, and databases with a high level of accuracy
  • + Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and virtual events
  • + Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • + Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting as needed
  • + Support special projects and organizational initiatives
Qualifications:
  • + Proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • + Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • + Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • + High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • + Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • + Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • + Experience supporting healthcare, nonprofit, or professional organizations
  • + Familiarity with scheduling tools and database systems
  • + Event coordination experience
 

Work Environment:

This position operates in fully remote setting and may require occasional flexibility in scheduling to support meetings or events.
