Executive Assistant
Position Overview:The PERT Consortium™ is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on advancing care for pulmonary embolism. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and provide essential administrative and coordination support to the team.

- + Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and staff
- + Manage complex scheduling, including meetings, calls, and events across multiple stakeholders
- + Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel
- + Maintain organized records, files, and databases with a high level of accuracy
- + Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and virtual events
- + Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- + Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting as needed
- + Support special projects and organizational initiatives
Qualifications:
- + Proven experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- + Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- + Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- + High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- + Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- + Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Experience supporting healthcare, nonprofit, or professional organizations
- + Familiarity with scheduling tools and database systems
- + Event coordination experience
Work Environment:
